We are a Nassau County approved CPSE (Committee of Preschool Special Education) provider for children ages 3-5. Service locations include preschools, daycares, UPK programs, homes, and community settings like libraries.
A to Z OT & Speech Therapy serves every district within Nassau County-North Shore to South Shore.
We have excellent relationships with the following school districts: Merrick, N. Merrick, Bellmore, N. Bellmore, Wantagh, East Meadow, Levittown, Seaford, and Massapequa.

I’m Kimberly Burbank, the owner of A to Z Occupational & Speech Therapy
Kimberly Burbank, MS, OTR/L
Kimberly Burbank is a licensed, board certified occupational therapist with extensive experience in pediatric and adult care. As the owner of A to Z Occupational & Speech Therapy, she coordinates therapy services for children with CPSE and CSE mandates across Nassau County, Long Island. Kimberly holds a master’s degree from Columbia University and has served in clinical and leadership roles in schools, outpatient clinics, and home health settings.

A to Z signifies all aspects of a child’s life, spanning from A to Z. The company is also named after Kimberly’s children, Alexis and Zachary.

We provide individual and small group private pediatric occupational therapy and pediatric speech therapy sessions, which can be held at your home, local libraries and in schools. In addition, please come see our private sensory gym in Bellmore, NY.

Insurance & Billing
A to Z OT & Speech Therapy is a boutique, private-pay pediatric occupational therapy and pediatric speech therapy practice-which means we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide personalized care without restrictions, authorizations, or insurance-imposed limits. We focus on what matters most: your child’s unique growth and success. We’re happy to provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
