A graduate of Touro College (2016), Amanda is a pediatric occupational therapist for the NYC Department of Education, working in a District 75 school in Queens with preschool and school age children. Having navigated school with a learning disability herself, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges her students face. She joined A to Z in 2023.

Audra is a licensed occupational therapist with more than 30 years of school based pediatric experience, focused on helping students build the skills they need to take part fully in their education setting. She earned her Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from New York University and joined A to Z in 2024.

Elana Kahan

Elana earned her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from New York Medical College and previously worked with elementary aged students with disabilities at a District 75 school. She is PROMPT, SOS, and Lidcombe trained, with experience in feeding disorders and medically complex students, and has a particular passion for treating children who stutter and their families. She joined A to Z in 2023.

Jasmine is a licensed occupational therapist who earned her degree in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University, where she was an OT Diversity Scholarship recipient. She has worked with clients of all ages across sensory gyms, schools, outpatient rehabilitation, community mental health, and geriatric settings, helping children build the motor, sensory, self-care, and executive functioning skills they need to thrive. She joined A to Z in 2025.

Jessica is a New York State licensed speech-language pathologist with experience across pediatric through geriatric care, including inpatient, acute care rehabilitation, preschool, center based, and home based settings. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and provides speech, language, cognition, and swallowing therapies in the preschool setting. She joined A to Z in 2024.

Jessica is a compassionate occupational therapist who earned both her B.S. in Occupational Therapy and M.S. in Occupational Science from the University at Buffalo in 2006. She has worked across neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics, and pediatrics, and enjoys creating engaging, individualized sessions that build on each child's strengths to promote confidence, independence, and success in everyday activities. She first joined A to Z in 2021 and, after time away, returned to the team in 2026.

She has over 10 years of experience with children from preschool through elementary school in both special and general education settings, covering speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency, and social communication. Trained in PROMPT and ABA, she joined A to Z in 2025.

Nancy is a licensed speech-language pathologist who earned a Master of Science from Adelphi University in 2006, is ASHA certified, and is PROMPT trained. With nearly two decades of experience, she works primarily with preschool and school age children, providing individualized therapy to support speech, language, communication, and academic development. She joined A to Z in 2023 and was promoted to supervisor in 2026.

Nicole is a licensed speech-language pathologist who earned her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Hofstra University in 2015. She has extensive experience providing therapy and evaluations for children from preschool through middle school, with training in PROMPT and experience supporting AAC users across autism, articulation, language delays, fluency, feeding, and myofunctional therapy. For the past 10 years she has focused on the preschool population, with a particular interest in functional communication, expressive language development, and articulation. Dr. Emilia serves as Director of Operations at A to Z Occupational and Speech Therapy, where she oversees the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and organizational growth of the practice. She works closely with therapists, school districts, preschool programs, and families to ensure the delivery of high-quality pediatric occupational therapy and speech therapy services throughout Long Island. Drawing on her experience as the founder and owner of a successful multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice in Nassau County, Dr. Solinto brings extensive expertise in healthcare operations, business management, and organizational leadership. Her focus on operational excellence, therapist support, and efficient service delivery helps A to Z Occupational and Speech Therapy provide exceptional occupational therapy, speech therapy, CPSE services, and school-based therapy for children across Nassau County and Suffolk County.
